Abstract:		 The evaluation revealed a general paucity of archaeological activity in the area. A gully located in the southern portion of the site yielded a sherd of pottery that suggested Roman activity in the area. Elsewhere, a boundary ditch recorded in the south-east corner of site appeared to be a former post-medieval field boundary. [Au(abr)]
