Abstract: |
Three trial trenches were excavated in the area of proposed development. In trench 1 the evaluation revealed a probable 12th century horizon overlain by a well, a wall and a yard surface. These settlement features were overlain by 13th and 14th century occupational deposits. Other occupational eveidence was also located in trench 2. [Au (abr)] |
