All hedgerows crossed by the proposed pipeline were protected under the Hedgerow Regulates 1997. The proposed sewer crossed the Bentley Moor Drain, which formed the township boundary between Bentley and Arksey and Adwick le Street since at least 1830. [Au(abr)] |
