Abstract: |
It was proposed to redevelop the site with new School buildings. There was a moderate to high potential for archaeological remains from the later part of prehistory, most likely the Bronze Age; a moderate potential for Roman remains; a low-moderate potential for early prehistoric and post-medieval remains, and relatively low potential for all other periods. Archaeological deposits on the site may have suffered previous impacts on the northern side of the site from the apparent terracing and levelling of the school playing fields. [Au(abr)] |
