Abstract: |
The excavation of two geotechnical test pits were archaeologically monitored. A previous evaluation of the site showed the presence of prehistoric to post-medieval features and deposits in the area. The test pits were directly within the construction trench footings for the existing eastern workshops. Therefore only modern footings and materials associated with the backfilling of the construction trenches were encountered. [Au(adp)] |
