Abstract: |
No medieval features were located, although medieval pottery of mixed date was recovered from two of the earliest deposits in the trench. The two deposits probably represented late medieval ploughing. Modern dumped deposits were located between 0.5m - 0.7m thick and formed a distinct ridge running along the eastern edge of the site.
