Abstract: |
<summary>An evaluation involving the digging of nine trial-pits was undertaken, in conjunction with geological investigations. Only one feature, a cutting full of brick, was recorded; 19th century English china was recovered. The cutting may be connected with the Plympton branch railway, which carried mainly clay traffic but closed soon after it was bought by the South Devon Railway in 1847. {italon}AIP{italoff} |
