Abstract: |
The excavation revealed the walls of the 18th-19th century mill. There was no evidence that any of the structures excavated on the site dated from the medieval period. Indeed, due to the depth of made-ground and alluvium on site, any medieval archaeology was likely to lie very deep, several metres below the proposed works. [Au(adp)] |
