Abstract: |
Observations were made during the stripping of top and sub-soils, revealing a series of landscaped layers and a small, localised area of natural sand. A maximum depth of 0.95m was excavated from the original ground surface. The finds retrieved were predominantly 19th and 20th century pottery sherds, with the exception of a single Mesolithic flint core. [Au(abr)] |
