Abstract:		 The site was investigated ahead of the building of houses. The investigations took the form of four trenches. Excavations yielded various material culture and waste material which dated the site to around the 14th / 15th Centuries.The continuing use of the site was also noted with the excavations turning up Victorian rubbish deposits.
