Abstract: |
The evaluation was undertaken within the vicinity of the Benedictine nunnery of St Bartholomew which was founded in the mid 12th century. Various features and deposits relating to the nunnery were revealed, although severe restrictions on the extent of excavations confounded further investigation. [AIP] |
