The watching brief revealed a post-medieval brick-lined shaft grave and gravestone, twenty-five graves and an assemblage of pottery mostly of Saxo-Norman or medieval date. The remains of six mostly complete skeletons were exhumed for osteological analysis. [Au(abr)] |
