Abstract: |
A walk-over earthwork survey was undertaken ahead of the harvesting of the tree crop on the site. A large number of lynchets were revealed which potentially held evidence of prehistoric through to post-medieval activity. The importance of the lynchets was further emphasised by the fact that they represented an extension to a field system situated to the south of the site which been previously identified. [AIP] |
