Abstract: |
Three sites were evaluated as part of the archaeological assessment of the proposed Chadbury-Twyford link road. None were demonstrated to have any substantial archaeological significance, though in one case (HWCM 23241) there were possible indications of the remains of an early medieval road (a saltway) surviving as a holloway.
