Abstract: |
An evaluation was undertaken in advance of a proposed residential development. In the event, the trench uncovered an early 19th century hard- standing or trackway and a land drain of similar date. Both features had been cut by the modern services extending across the site. The report concluded that the immediate area in and around the trench contained little of archaeological interest and therefore the proposed development had no impact. [Au(adp)] |
