Abstract: |
Excavation in advance of mineral extraction on a site identified by evaluation and aerial photographs revealed activity from the Neolithic and the Iron Age. A possible ritual structure of pits with ritual deposits was found beneath a possible barrow or hut circle from the Bronze Age. Evidence of settlement from the Early and Late Iron Age was also recovered. [AIP] |
