Abstract: |
The watching brief revealed that the site did not contain large quantities of archaeological remains, but a post-medieval wall foundation was present at the north side of the site, reused as the footing of a later wall. The original foundation may have dated from the 16th or 17th centuries and may have formed part of the Tudor building. An assemblage of architectural fragments was collected. [Au(abr)] |
