Abstract: |
The desk top study investigated the site of proposed redevelopment which was south of Manvers Colliery. The archaeology noted was predominantly post-medieval with some Roman features. Undated enclosures and linear features could be interpreted as late prehistoric, although this obviously required further work to substantiate it. [AIP] |
