A survey of earthworks between the River Stiffkey and Eastgate Farm identified a series of rectilinear enclosures straddling a depression, an enclosure to the east and an area of irregular platforms with upstanding masonry fragments, and wall footings, possibly associated with the moated site of Berry Hall.
