Abstract: |
The assessment was carried out in advance of proposals to convert the post-medieval buildings that were present on site, into dwellings as well as constructing two new houses. The assessment incorporated a photographic building survey and concluded that no known archaeological deposits were known within the study area. However the farmhouse and adjacent stable buildings were recorded as Grade II listed and listed building consent was recognized as required to alter the buildings for the planned conversion.
