Abstract: |
<summary>Excavation, following test-pitting, fieldwalking, phosphate and magnetic susceptibility sampling, revealed an Iron Age enclosed settlement. Several structures were investigated within the multivallate ringwork and a large quantity of artefacts was recovered. The site seems to have been occupied between the 1st century BC and the early part of the 1st century AD, although evidence of earlier activity was recovered. {italon}AIP{italoff} |
