<summary>Excavation was undertaken following on evaluation of a site to the north of the North Street Workshops in Stoke sub Hamdon. Activity of 12th to 15th century date was identified, including the remains of a former boundary ditch associated with North Street and/or a specific land plot, which had been maintained and replaced over several hundred years, and a series of linear features possibly originating from horticultural activity associated with nearby occupation. {italon}AIP{italoff}{spacea} |
