Abstract: |
<summary>A watching brief was maintained during the excavation of holes for the erection of information boards at Bolingbroke Castle. Deposits of {italon}circa{italoff} 17th century brick and roof tile fragments with mixed brown silt infilling the moat and a dressed limestone block with lumps of mortar were revealed, although the size of the foundation holes for the information boards was too small to draw any conclusions concerning the deposits. {italon}AIP{italoff}{spacea} |
