Abstract: |
Three trenches were excavated across the site. Only two cut features were revealed, one was a modern water main and the second contained 19th century artefacts. A single struck flint blade was found within the subsoil and probably dated to the Mesolithic period. However, this showed signs of wear and was likely to have been discarded away from the site itself. [Au(abr)] |
