Abstract: |
Ten trial trenches were excavated as an evaluation of the site in relation to the proposed relocation of the present water works complex to the rear of the site and the redevelopment of the front as housing. A single sherd of Iron Age pottery and a possible prehistoric struck flint were recovered from a disturbed area of subsoil. [Au(adp)] |
