Abstract: |
An archaeological field evaluation consisting of two trial trenches revealed evidence of post-medieval deposits. In the trial trench situated in the yard the natural sand was cut by three pits and within the second trench the remains of a mortar-bonded stone wall and drain were recorded. An examination of the roof timbers confirmed the post-medieval date of the present building. [Au(abr)] |
