Abstract: |
A watching brief was undertaken during the excavation of foundation and service trenches for a squash court development. Prehistoric worked flints, a medieval mill and a line of 17th century Civil War defences had been recorded nearby. No archaeological remains were observed during the watching brief, and only modern finds were recovered. [AIP] |
