Abstract: |
<summary>An archaeological survey was undertaken along the proposed route of the A5 (T) Nesscliffe By-Pass. A landscape survey revealed no new features, whilst fieldwalking gathered few finds pre-dating the Post-Medieval period. Excavations were also negative. The geophysical survey seemed not to provide results which corresponded to crop marks, though one convincing response appeared to be a pit alignment or interrupted ditch. {italon}AIP{italoff}{spacea} |
