Abstract: |
A geophysical survey (fluxgate gradiometer) was conducted prior to the implementation of a tree planting scheme. The survey identified a number of archaeological features, including the remains of former ridge and furrow cultivation over the whole of the survey area and at least two possible ditch features. Trial trench excavation may have been needed to verify any archaeology. [Au(adp)] |
