Abstract: |
A watching brief was maintained on the digging of a new dyke on the south side of the River Nar in Wormegay parish. Layers of silt peat and sand were revealed beneath the topsoil. A small ditch, two or three fairly large silt-filled features and a few other small features, possibly of natural origin were also observed. No finds were recovered. [Au] |
