Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken during groundworks associated with the demolition of an existing single-story shop and the construction of a single-storey building containing extended display space and an office. The only feature of possible archaeological interest was the discovery of a flint nodule wall and possible associated floors. These deposits were not closely dated but would survive beneath the new development. [Au(adp)] |
