Abstract: |
A desk-based assessment of eight sites on Pepys Estate and Milton Court Estate was carried out in advance of redevelopment. The Milton Court sites were found to possess a reasonable archaeological potential, but the sites on the Pepys Estate were found to have an extremely high potential. It was considered possible that they preserved evidence of the development of the Royal Dockyards and associated structures from the 16th to the 20th centuries. [Au(adp)] |
