Abstract: |
Two trial trenches were excavated on the site. A sequence of landscaping and building occupation dating from the 12th century to the present were identified. A natural watercourse was recorded on site along with medieval and post-medieval buildings and subsequent dumping, particularly of tanning waste. Artefacts recovered included a post-medieval gunpowder flask. [Au(abr)] |
