Abstract: |
The work was carried out in response to a proposed office development. Six evaluation trenches were excavated, and features and deposits of medieval and post-medieval date were exposed, including the remnants of structures associated with the St. Thomas Street frontage. Although some areas of modern disturbance were identified, the general survival rate of significant archaeological features and deposits appeared good. [Au(abr)] |
