Abstract: |
The pipeline route potential was generated by its location close to the River Deben at a point where a small tributary stream approached the main river. This was where timber structures or boat hulks might have been preserved in waterlogged conditions. The monitoring recovered numerous small fragments of wood but all appeared to derive from drift wood. No other evidence for any timber structures was seen. [Au(abr)] |
