Abstract:
Trial trenching revealed a small number of linear features comprising land drains, ditches, and possible pits, within an otherwise natural soil sequence almost devoid of artefacts. Artefacts recovered included small quantities of heavily abraded Romano-British pottery and modern wares, bottle glass and fuel-ash slag. [Au(abr)]
