Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken during groundworks associated with the laying out of a pipeline. Monitoring of the excavation of a single 9m stretch of pipeline revealed a single medieval layer overlying the natural brown clays. A single sherd of an internally glazed vessel from the 13th century was recovered. [Au(adp)] |
