Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief took place during groundwork for extensions to a building. The work did not reveal any significant remains, nor were there any finds of pre-19th century date. A simple sequence of recent made ground and reworked soil and weathered natural. The only notable feature was a brick-lined and domed well exposed in the north-eastern part of the site, which intrinsically dated to the mid 19th century. [Au(adp)] |
