Abstract: |
Observations were made of groundworks for a new sewer trench. The watching brief revealed part of a possible Roman tessellated floor and a probable robber trench. These features may have been from a house fronting the Roman Street. An almost complete Roman jar may have been part of a votive deposit associated with the house. [Au(abr)] |
