Abstract: |
The desk-based assessment showed that although the parks contained no known pre-post-medieval archaeological sites identified on the SMR, the park, due to is topographical and geological attributes, does have the potential to contain archaeological remains associated with its agricultural use in the Bronze Age to Roman period. Such remains may take the form of field boundaries or even perhaps evidence for settlement. [Au(adp)] |
