Abstract: |
A geophysical survey at the proposed site of a pond and other earthwork identified a number of anomalies indicative of archaeological features. These included a probable large ditch, several smaller ditches and several pits. A subsequent fieldwalking survey over of the same area produced insignificant results. A scattering of burnt flint was discovered along with some post-medieval pottery. [Au] |
