Abstract: |
The watching brief was undertaken during groundworks in the basement. Despite being located on the eastern fringe of the Saxon town Lundenwic, only geological and topographic data was recovered. The absence of archaeological remains was probably due to the relatively recent date for the construction of Kingsway. [Au(abr)] |
