Abstract: |
An archaeological desk-based assessment was carried out at a proposed development on Pollard Street, Ancoats. The study site contained a mill built in 1803 or 1804 and associated buildings constructed during the 19th century which housed the mill's power systems. Later the mill was converted into a warehouse which was demolished in the 20th century. [Au(adp)] |
