Abstract: |
The archaeological evaluation identified features in 11 of the 40 trial trenches. The features included pits, ditches and gullies. Those that could be dated were likely to have been Late Bronze Age/Early Iron Age, although the pottery dating was not conclusive and some could equally have been slightly earlier in date. A possible medieval pit was also found. [Au(adp)] |
