Abstract: |
An archaeological desk-based assessment was undertaken of a 7.25km section of the proposed route of a water pieline, part of Anglian Water Services' Winslow zone Trunk Main Renewal Scheme, in the area of the villages of Drayton Parslow, Stewkley and Wing. The route avoided the villages, passing through farmland. No archaeological sites or findspots were noted on the route, and few in its vicinity. [Au] |
