Abstract: |
An evaluation was undertaken at a possible development site. The oldest surviving building on the site was an 18th century house, but it was claimed also to have been the location of a manor house recorded since the medieval period. The evaluation revealed a number of features of 18th century and later date, which included cobbled surfaces, and a pond. There were also undated pits and ditches. [Au(abr)] |
