Abstract: |
<summary>An evaluation within and outside a row of six Victorian cottages known as St Leonard's Court, to the rear of Henrietta Maria's Lodging House on Kirkgate, established that the west wall of the present row of cottages was of medieval origin whilst the east wall was Victorian. Several features pre-dating the earliest building were examined, as well as the post-medieval building phase pre-dating the present structure. {italon}AIP{italoff} |
