Abstract: |
A desk-based assessment of the water main was undertaken. The route passed through agricultural land throughout its 15km course. A number of significant cropmark sites were identified, most notably on the eastern half of the route, adjacent to Broom Quarry on the west side of the Ivel Valley, and between Holm Green and Toplers Hill, south of Biggleswade.
