Abstract: |
<summary>An evaluation was carried out at a proposed redevelopment site on the former moated manor of Bibsworth, a Scheduled Ancient Monument. Part of a moat was still open at the southern end of the site. Two trenches were excavated, and a linear cut and circular features were recorded. Medieval and 17th century pottery was recovered. It was recommended that mitigation strategies should be devised in order to ensure preservation of the remains {italon}in situ{italoff}. {italon}AIP{italoff}{spacea} |
