Abstract:

<summary>Structural recording demonstrated that the group of buildings had undergone a fairly complex series of developments over the last 350 years, including substantial alterations in the 18th century and refurbishment in the 19th century. Excavation demonstrated that much disturbance had taken place, probably in the 1950s. Although no earlier buildings were identified, the limited evidence suggested medieval occupation along the same line and orientation as the recently demolished post-medieval structures. {italon}AIP{italoff}{spacea}
